Her Beautiful Growth was created from lived experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to rebuild a life after incarceration. Our founder, Hullema Reddick, knows firsthand that returning home is only the beginning. Reintegration also means restoring confidence, rebuilding relationships, navigating family responsibilities, and finding the courage to move forward when life feels unfamiliar.
What began as a desire to support women facing the same barriers has grown into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to helping women and families rebuild with dignity. Through mentorship, practical resources, confidence building programs, family support, and honest conversations, Her Beautiful Growth creates space for women to be seen beyond their past and supported in their next chapter.We believe women deserve more than a second chance, they deserve structure, community, opportunity, and the support to grow into who they were always capable of becoming.
